The RG liquid egg filler line allows packaging liquid pasteurized eggs in Gable Top cartons.
This product is used by the food industry and by restaurants, but is also intended for home consumption in practical single portion packages. The UCS (Ultra Clean System) technology patented by Galdi ensures the greatest freshness of the eggs, eliminating any possibility of contamination of the product.
One of Galdi’s most important accomplishments was reached in 1997 with the execution, in collaboration with the University of Udine, of the UCS (Ultra Clean System) filling system. This advanced system, patented in 2000, allows the machines to fill and sterilize containers in a clean and controlled environment, extending the shelf-life of food products.
