Ultra Clean System
One of Galdi’s most important accomplishments was reached in 1997 with the execution, in collaboration with the University of Udine, of the UCS (Ultra Clean System) filling system. This advanced system, patented in 2000, allows the machines to fill and sterilize containers in a clean and controlled environment, extending the shelf-life of food products.
Galdi offers preventive maintenance contracts that can be personalized according to the client requirements for the various types of machine. In this way, the machine is kept completely efficient with consequent cost savings, avoiding the risk of useless periods of inactivity.
In add Galdi organizes a specific training program to illustrate the characteristics of its filling machines to the operators and maintenance technicians. The training offers best enjoyment of the potential of the various machines and allows reducing the costs of inefficiency and unplanned interruptions.
