Pursuant to Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679 and national legislation in force, BIZEN SRL is our designated external data processor, as provider of services for the development and maintenance of the web platform, and also for the supply and operational management of the technological platforms in use.

3. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of data related to the web services on this website occurs at the above mentioned company's registered address, and is carried out by technical personnel in charge of the processing.

No data resulting from the web service shall be disclosed or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users sending requests for information (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) are only used to perform the service requested and will not be disclosed to third parties.

4. TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

9. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who consider that the processing of their personal data carried out through this website is in breach of the provisions laid down in GDPR 2016/679 have the right to lodge a complaint with GALDI SRL, as provided for in Article 77 of GDPR 2016/679 itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 GDPR 2016/679).

11. DURATION OF DATA RETENTION

The data provided will be stored in our archives according to the following criteria:

  • For data provided voluntarily: until the service is provided ("storage limitation principle", Art.5 of EU Regulation 2016/679) or according to time limits required by law. A periodic review is carried out to assess whether stored data are obsolete in relation to the purposes for which they were collected.
  • For marketing purposes: 24 months.
