Machine System Health (MaSH) is Galdi's advanced monitoring system to keep track of your filler's performance and alerts.

Thanks to our cloud platform, production managers can easily monitor production remotely, from their PC or mobile device.

MaSH provides a comprehensive overview of production data and plays a key role in anticipating problems, as it flags drops in performance and unexpected alerts.

The system paves the way to future predictive maintenance, also enabling us to offer customised maintenance contracts and interventions.

TELESERVICE

REAL-TIME MACHINE MONITORING


In case of malfunctions, with Teleservice we can connect remotely to your filler's PLC.

In real time, Galdi technicians check the alerts on your packaging machine to detect what may be causing the problem.

The know-how and experience of our technicians lead to faster troubleshooting, ensuring a quick resolution time.

The Teleservice service is complementary to our TYE: taken together, they are the most comprehensive real-time remote assistance solution, guaranteed!

REMOTE LIVE VIDEO-ASSISTANCE

AUGMENTED REALITY AT YOUR SERVICE


Through Your Eyes (TYE) is our remote video-assistance service, designed to bridge distances and cut down intervention times.

By sharing the video camera, Galdi technicians can "see through the eyes" of your maintenance staff and guide them remotely through the intervention via text or voice instructions. Thanks to augmented reality, they can also point to specific machine areas, and share files and videos explaining the correct procedures to be followed.

The service can be included in your maintenance contract; alternatively, you can buy single tickets or redeem maintenance vouchers.

ONLINE TRAINING

REMOTE TRAINING, JUST AS GOOD AS IN PERSON!


Training is paramount to improve troubleshooting and problem solving skills, but also to ensure that the machine maintains top performance levels at all times!

This is why we offer online training solutions for operators and maintenance technicians with the same characteristics of in-presence courses, namely:

  • Flexible hours, according to customer's availability
  • Contents in line with operators' prior knowledge, in English or French
  • Training on specific and/or special topics, such as hygiene procedures

MONITOR YOUR FILLER'S START-UP REMOTELY


With our Web-Factory Acceptance Test (Web-FAT), you can engage in live FAT activities remotely.

A skilled Galdi technician walks you through the filler's start-up procedure. This service includes:

  • Live performance check
  • Complete start-up procedure
  • Packaging and welding validation, as well as dye penetration test
  • Remote training and final report
