A survey we run on how our filling machines are used led us to an important conclusion: to different operators/servicing staff correspond different performances from the machines.
Knowing the ins and outs of a machine is actually a key aspect when it comes to managing and adjusting production, especially in terms of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
That is why Galdi offers a customised on-site training service through a personal trainer who will work side by side with operators or servicing staff, providing them with the necessary skills and know-how.
The topics and duration of our training and job shadowing courses depend on the participants’ experience and on any specific requests, such as the need to introduce new products.
TRAINING FOR OPERATORS
Galdi’s training is also intended for new operators followed by a coach and will receive instructions on how to use the machine properly, from the set-up of production to cleaning operations and packaging checks.
Thus, they will be able to work autonomously from the very beginning with a constant production output.
Training addressed to experienced personnel is aimed at expanding one’s technical skills or expertise on a specific topic, such as hygiene and safety standards or the management of new products.
TRAINING FOR SERVICING STAFF
Specialised technical training provided by Galdi’s experienced staff in order to optimise troubleshooting, minimise machine downtimes and detect anomalies.
