THE C.A.R.T.A. PROJECT

Our vision of welfare stems from the very heart of the company and the sharing of ideas and needs. Our aim is to improve the quality of life both in and outside the workplace by working together.

The project logo has been conceived as a large tree from which the company branches sprawl to depict a serene, sustainable growth expanding beyond our boundaries into the local territory.

THE FAMILY AUDIT CERTIFICATION


In October 2019, Galdi obtained the Family Audit certification, which is awarded to companies that implement actions for the well-being of employees to facilitate the reconciliation of work and family life.

This is the first milestone of the Family and Work project, launched in 2015 with the support of the Veneto Region and later implemented thanks to the involvement of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

SMART WORKING


How to achieve the perfect work-life balance, promoting a better way of working and encouraging autonomy and exchange between colleagues?

With the introduction of the most advanced technologies, work becomes more streamlined, mobile and connected, both within the company and outside.

CONTINUOUS TRAINING


Each year we dedicate several hundreds of hours to training activities in order to develop our staff’s hard and soft skills.

From technical skills and on-the-job training to refresher courses on the latest standards and strategies, without foregoing foreign languages.

COFFEE BREAK AREA


A space equipped with comfortable tables where to work on one’s laptop, exchange a few words or just relax.

Inspiration can strike at any time! That's why comfort at workplace is so important.

CO-WORKING SPACES


The sales and marketing offices have been redesigned as an open space with interchangeable desks and high-tech meeting rooms.

This conceptual and functional reorganization encourages the exchange of ideas and fosters the collaboration between colleagues.

OPEN COMPANY


To encourage exchange and create new partnerships, every year we welcome hundreds of people visiting our premises, including suppliers, clients, students, consultants, researchers and associations.

When it comes to growing and learning new things, our doors are always open.

FAMILY & WORK PROJECT


A series of special attentions dedicated to our colleagues with children, including the possibility to bring one’s children to work and, for dads, to benefit from a parental leave extension.

These ideas are conceived by parents themselves to answer our staff’s family needs while improving everyday life.

AREA VILLAGE


The new centre will be built next to our production plant and will host a gym, a bar, changing rooms, a relaxation area, offices and a Company Museum.

Totally focusing on well-being, new ideas and shared projects, the new hub will be open to the clients, suppliers and partners we work with.

VISITING STUDENTS


Every year we welcome about - a hundred students to promote exchange between schools and the labour market and help them make professional decisions.

This initiative is very positive for us, while for local students it is a valuable chance to gain first-hand experience of what work means.

INCLUSIVE PARKING


PINK PARK

Our mothers-to-be deserve special attention. With them in mind, we have created a dedicated car park next to the entrance of our production plant.

EASY PARK

A car park conveniently set next to the entrance of our premises for occasional temporary parking. Any act of courtesy, however small, can make other people's lives easier.

CAR WASH


Having your car cleaned while you are at work. Thanks to the special arrangement we have made with the nearby Car Wash service, our employees won’t have to worry about this extra chore!

This is a convenient, highly appreciated service at an agreed fee.

WORK EXPERIENCE FOR HIGH-SCHOOL STUDENTS


Each year, students from two local high schools have the chance to complete a work experience at our premises within the so-called “Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro” vocational scheme.

Its purpose is to allow students to have a direct experience of the world of work.
