Filling machines for fruit juice and acid products with a 12-month shelf life

Our filling machines for fruit juice and HAAD (High Acid Ambient Distribution) products with a pH lower than 4.1 have a HOT FILL configuration, the specific solution for products with a 8-to-12-month shelf life.

Liquid is sterilised during filling at a temperature of 80-86°C, with no cooling system required after pasteurisation.

All filling machines are tested with hot filling before delivery to make sure that the cartons are perfectly sealed.

Compared to aseptic packaging, this solution offers significant cost reductions, both in terms of initial investment and servicing throughout the machine lifecycle.
