Fitting into this context, the RG480 extends the performance of Galdi’s high-capacity solutions to include liquid egg packaging. Its dual-lane configuration can reach a capacity of up to 14,000 cartons/hour, thanks to two independent lanes that can operate separately or at the same time. This design guarantees maximum versatility for packaging a broad range of products and ensures a smooth operational flow even when products differ in volume and viscosity.

The machine can handle different types of product, such as whole eggs, egg yolks, egg whites and formulated mixes, thanks to cutting-edge dosing systems, such as the DDF bottom-up dosing unit. Operation is facilitated by an intuitive HMI interface that streamlines machine management for the operator, making product and format changeovers easier while ensuring production continuity and efficiency.
