Moreover, a dedicated Galdi team is developing increasingly advanced digital services, providing useful internal and external support.

For example, Galdi specialists can be notified in real time when a component displays a non-standard behaviour. By applying Machine Learning algorithms, the system is capable of detecting machine anomalies automatically, allowing for prompt action.

MaSH was designed to operate safely via the cloud, by applying the safest and most up-to-date solutions for data protection, in line with Galdi's cybersecurity commitment:

  • The cloud platform is hosted on Amazon's data centres (AWS), their architecture being among the world's safest and most advanced.
  • The infrastructure is fully serverless: each service offered by the system (e.g. KPI calculation) is activated on an as-used basis.
  • The transmission of data from the machine to the cloud is fully encrypted, using exclusively secure protocols.
  • The full software stack is Linux-based.
  • Communication is only outbound, which means you can't access the machine from the outside.
  • The IIoT infrastructure of each machine comes with dedicated hardware for advanced firewall capabilities to ensure your machine is protected.
  • The solution we develop to collect the data runs independently of the customer's corporate network, using a mobile connection via an IoT SIM.
  • The solution does not require a fully open communication system, specific ports and protocols are sufficient.
