Galdi Inc., a resource for our American customers

Galdi's US-based spare parts and support team continues to grow to offer maximum support to our American customers.

With headquarters in Delaware and a warehouse in New Jersey, Galdi Inc. is the key point of contact for our overseas customers.

Our team based in the US provides support for Galdi packaging systems in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America.

Thanks to an agile and well-coordinated team, Galdi delivers the best support for maintenance work and spare parts in the region.


A local team for service excellence

Since the foundation of our Service Business Unit (SBU) in Delaware in 2015, Galdi has acquired customers all over the Americas.

In recent years, the team has grown a lot, also thanks to Christopher Radford, our Technical Operational Manager, and his leadership skills, with plans in place to grow further in coming years.

To ensure service excellence, all our After-Sales technicians:

  • Get training in Italy, at Galdi's headquarters
  • Have extensive field experience in their areas of specialisation, i.e. maintenance and service, customer service, warehouse and spare parts management.
  • Are for the most part native English speakers and also fluent in Spanish

In recent years, we conducted several cutting-edge research projects in cooperation with institutions and universities on topics such as predictive quality, anomaly detection, virtualisation, and cyber security.

The work of our team of specialists and researchers has led to several innovations - including our MaSH advanced monitoring system - and the introduction of next-generation packaging machines such as the RG280and the RG80.
